Tool processing (local)

Yaml Workbox parses, converts, diffs, validates and generates code from YAML/JSON/TOML entirely in your browser. Tool pages do not POST editor content to Yaml Workbox servers.

OpenAPI Preview loads Swagger UI assets from this site and injects your document in memory. Helm Preview substitutes placeholders locally. Enabling Try it out in OpenAPI Preview sends HTTP requests from your browser to servers listed in the spec — not through our backend.

Storage on your device

Optional drafts, history and schema favorites use localStorage (or similar) under a site-specific prefix. Clearing site data for this origin deletes them. We cannot read that storage remotely.

Share links

Share links encode content in the URL (typically the hash) on your device. Anyone who opens the link can recover that content. Do not share secrets, tokens or production manifests via share URLs.

Server-side features

The optional feedback form, blog and admin UI run on the server when deployed. Feedback only submits fields you type on that form (subject to rate limits and anti-spam) — not your tool editor buffers.

Third parties

By default we do not embed analytics that read editor content. If AdSense or similar ads are enabled via configuration, ad scripts may load on some pages; they are not given the contents of tool textareas by our application code. This page will be updated if that changes.

Children

The site is intended for professional and technical use. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
